At present, NO, and for the same reasons and context. Lack of understanding context and meaning/usage.
In the world of AI, it's the thought that counts!

My computer cracks up every time I divide by zero.
CO2 retains heat. More CO2 in the air = hotter climate.

The real question is what is laughter? Is it related to playfulness? I mean we don't even question the ability of many animals to play, it appears to be anthropomorphically obvious to us, but the notion of humor in other animals raises a big red flag since humanity is above and beyond the animal kingdom and therefore humor is exclusive to humans.  ::) Here's a video that demonstrates rats are ticklish:

And here's a video showing that gorillas being tickled and laughing:

,

and this is showing Bonobos tickled and laughing:

and here's an article that's about evidence that dogs do laugh: https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/lifestyle/do-dogs-have-a-sense-of-humor/

Personally I can say that dogs appear to have a sense of humor. I remember my Rotti playing with a tarp. At first, he was just dragging the thing around playfully then he managed to get the tarp over his head and then he just paused for a minute and then got out from under the tarp and drag it around again, then he did it again and placed the tarp over his head and paused. There was one time when we were in the living room and he lifted his leg as if he was going to pee on me. I raised my voice at him to stop, I thought I was drenched but he then looked up at me wagging his tail and he had not peed on me!  It looked like he was playing a practical joke on me and I fell for it.  ;D

Here's a site that lists some resources about brain chemistry and laughter http://www.chemistryislife.com/the-chemistry-of-laughter

Here's an article about humor and laughter: Havard

My dog that died 3 years ago at age 9 would wag his tail whenever mom started making cute sounds or started dancing, and made him often break out the gate bottom and jump her :P. It was the "dance call". He wagged his tail when got kibble food or seen NEW toys or people. He wagged his tail when I slided my head on my neck left-right left-right in a jokey fashion. Maybe that looked like tail waging to him. He was like a human in my opinion, just no hands no vocal cords no good education with teachers that seat you.

I literally was just watching that monkey laughing video above last month :P

If you read my big book on my main thread (see my profile) you'll see I mention you smile+laugh a variable amount for: food, sex, related sub-goals like money and race cars, diverse/new data collection by sight-seeing, games/sims, stopping pain, etc and making discoveries like ex. Word2Vec does.
