Hi folks, I've been away from the forum for a couple of weeks and will still be absent for a while as the summer has finally decided to arrive (again) in the UK.

I was just wondering what people are up to, if there are any projects going on, will Maviarab have the next installment of Digital Girl ready soon and basically a cheery hello to you all.  So let me know

Definitely summer, hard to get on the net.  I ordered "talking thru boris" animated head to hook up to ultra hal, ought to be a hoot.  Maybe I can fill in the skeleton and make the head more lifelike and add eyeballs and eyelids and smiles (like I have the time)

Most of my net time has been spent arguing with my hosting provider because they have charged me for a service I do not want.  Ho hum...oh...there's the sun again...

I am still working on my PhD project.. a masive mobile guide system for a castle in the area of Pelloponisus (Greece). I only wish VH development was not that hard...

Sounds like a big project - is it a commercial venture ?

No, but the potentials to become  a comemrcial project are there. For now however, it serves only as a research tool.

Been on an emergency construction project and this weekend is my first time home since the 8th of Aug.!
Catching up on bills...tax bill, credit card, cable, etc....

Checking the mail... wouldn't ya know it....The dreded...JURY DUTY!!! Just freakin wonderful!

That's why I've been somewhat scarce of late. Now I'm almost sorry I came home.
