Some general science for you. I did know about this as in Physics we learnt about procession.

If you are interested in the experiment we did then you get a turntable that will revolve freely. You stand on the turntable and with both outstretched arms you hold a bicycle wheel by the bearings, one hand either side. Then you get a passing physics teacher to spin the bike wheel as fast as he can. Then you will magically rotate on the turntable.

Procession is an interesting thing as this experiment shows too :

I wonder what happens if you put another wheel on the opposite side of the bar, rotating in the opposite direction.
