A.L.I.C.E. AND HAL5 ON MY COMPUTER XP
« on: December 11, 2008, 02:22:01 pm »
From yesterday I installed "Nirosha", on xp, he works perfectly, and he can had talks with "hal"! an auto - enrichment of knowledge between the 2 robots. Vocal recognition, allows the 2 robots of having talks, it included the management of the system, recognition by the microphone, and power given in the 2 robots the possibility of having talks. Observation: sentences, start, normally, but the greed of the 2 robots, their thirsts for knowledge, end dialogue by of long texts. These 2 machines, exchange their giving different. Alice, and Hal; differ, but very powerful. :)

Very cool idea, Claude.

Mark Chavez did something similar (on clone3d.net, with 2 or 3 bots, dialoguing on the same computer through the Pandorabots server). Of course he had written the linking routine.

Your experiment, using loudspeakers and microphones is very interesting. BTW, I guess it's also possible with 2 Hals or 2 Niroshas. In all cases, always funny to see and hear 2 bots chatting together. 8)

Dear Maviarab, really it is captivating!! I change the brain of hal, and nirosha, adapts a new dialogue! most entertaining it is with the brain without censure!! a stage of disputes, and excuses enters robots, then a deeper dialogue, I taught "hal", with wikipedia, have talks to them is very exciting, nirosha, taught these competences has hal, and the opposite for hal. I have the impression of future ' frank einstein ' LOL!! ;D ;D :o
