There are a few tools out there that you can use to help you test chatbots.
There are some tools that offer you basic bot analytics and others that offer alternative ways to code your own test. But this is basically the extent of the current solutions. Something that is to be expected since bot technology is still relatively new.

A group of highly experienced colleagues and I are launching our own solution for bot testing. A platform that allows you to automate and monitor your bot testing process.

Our platform features among others unit testing, continuous monitoring and a fully managed QA solution that performs a complete evaluation of the chatbot to identify issues (from usability to security vulnerabilities) and makes recommendations for improvements.

How would chatbot testing work? How can you predict what the users are going to say?
