Title: Does anyone have experience deploying chatbots commercially?

What are you a factory owner or automation tycoon?  They are the only serious bots out there at the moment.
Look up KUKA.

The only home appliance robot we have is the roomba,  and its on wheels,   the field is too new to take seriously yet.

I should have been clear: chatbots!  Sorry, I work in the chatbot field so I forget that 'bots' could refer to other things as well.
