My current dilemma is described below:

Say someone(s) at a University, with proper intellectual reasoning, used University Funding to build an advanced artificial intelligence system. To propose, one would think you could easily contact a University, why would an intelligent being need to be a student or professor to propose?

I know what I'll do - I'm going to actually go down there and make sure to get a long talk actually done, whether authorized or unexpected, with the chair of a university. And tell them the above.

I noticed that there is one critical fault in your design which will prevent it from working, and I assume that you made this change deliberately to prevent anyone from copying your design and creating a super artificial intelligence before you do. That is a very clever ruse, but don't forget to take the correct designs with you when you make your presentation. No doubt the people you are presenting it to will spot the mistake as well. Instead, you should force them to sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your intellectual property, and also make enquiries about obtaining patents in every country.
