My guess: we'll probably end up with a Europe that has a few rules to many,  a US with a few to little and Russia with non what so ever  ???.
In the end though, I think it will be morality saving our asses and not the laws.

This thread was about ROBOTICS NOT MORONS in Congress!

One other Law or Rule that I thought of while doing some reading, "The LAST ORDER GIVEN by a human will Supercede or have precedence over any previous orders or commands."

You know...before it's over we might just have Ten Commandments only for artificial beings this time! LOL! :o ::) :knuppel2:
