Poser Working expression, face, mainly on emotion. The quality of character, are very realistic, this is good material for animation.

Freddy is a good source! Thank you. I love the realism of the character. The only concern for quality in animation, and have a quality of character realism is increased polygon without disturbed by weight, in the polygon, it is a very complicated mathematical work.

Yes I understand.  :)

The more polygons the slower things get. I have this problem with my animation projects too.

Freddy, yes, I think Poser and Daz, do the study, another method in the development of character. A new method which increases the capacity of realism, without, feared the weight of character. This study is still in the moment I read it in the news on a website, I'll have to find the text.

Many years back an individual, who's name escapes me at the moment, experimented with animating only the polygons that were visible instead of the entire 3D model. His results were quite impressive as his animations moved with a rapid fluidity that was unachievable before. Apparently, as each part of the model came into view, that portion would render on the fly and the ones that remained hidden from view were still in a "wire frame" mode. Made sense when one thought about it. Why waste time on a whole model render? Only what was needed.

The concept while interesting, might not prove to be practical depending largely upon what the user expects of his / her respective model. (how it will be used).

Some thoughts....

I'm not an engineer. In the study of polygon, polygon too, or, less polygon texture on a character, and similar to human skin, it is the record of the reality of the subject, I think the evolution in the science , will very quickly make a change.
