Honestly I find digital art (done from scratch like this) much more challenging and amazing. I have done some work in Cinema 4D, GIMP and other various programs. I also like to sketch in my free time (I actually have to when I envision some concepts), might 'show off' some drawings some time. And I can say that it is much easier to learn to hand draw then what was shown in this video.

Edit: Okay he might have cheated with the two towers (were those some electronic boards?) but even that is an amazing case of resourcefulness.
