Very nice...can't imagine what you guys would be capable of if you decided to use a proper animation studio.  I'm amazed no one has yet...more life in Haptek still I guess...keep at it  ;D

By 'animation studio' I just meant 3D software that has decent animation support unlike Haptek which is pretty limited.  So that would be things like Animation Master, Poser, 3DSMAX, Blender etc etc.  Some you pay for others are free.

Take Blender, a few years ago I did an animation a bit like the scene out of Star Wars with the space ships chasing each other in the trench of the Death Star.  Mine was set in a rocky canyon though.  It didn't take me long to figure things out, anyone can do it and you have far far better control over the objects than in Haptek.  Wish I still had a copy of it to show you but I don't think I have it anymore.

What I am saying is that for animation of figures you can do a lot better than Haptek, which afterall is manily aimed at static presentations.  Grab yourself a program that can do proper animation and the sky is your limit.  Just a thought...

When I think of 3D, I think of  Macromedia Flash.

If there was a program I could afford, I would try it.  (hopefully with a trial)

Well Blender is completely free and can handle even whole animated movies, top quality cinema stuff too.  Daz3D has some simple animation ability - you can animate full figures and thats completely free too.

(btw daz site seems to be having problems today)

I just tried Blender and it moves very slow and will not close without task manager. My computer must be too old.

I am also having a hard time knowing what to download at Daz3d. Do  i have to join?

Finally happy to have a very old computer: no temptation (because impossible) to leave the wonderful world of Haptek.  ;D

Very well done gifs, Dusky and Mark.  8)
