Title: Jess Rendered In Daz Studio
Post by: Freddy on January 14, 2017, 11:09:46 pm
Here's what my character Jess looks like in still renders made with Daz Studio. These take between roughly 30 seconds and two minutes each on my GTX 1070. So you can see that it's going to be a while before you get this in something like Unity. Although I think Unity is doing a pretty good job already.

Holy droning boil-brained fawning sheep-biting gleeking clapper-clawed frothy beetle-headed puking swag-bellied spongy rump-fed mewling dread-bolted flying armpits!

That's a beauty! +1

Wewewew! ;D

I wonder what happens if you use both male model and male voice instead, it appears that everyone always uses both female model and female voice for all of their AI -- I mean, like... literally.  :o

;D Hehe yes she is easy on the eyes.

I nearly always pick female characters for things like this. Even in games I play I'm the same - I was a big Tomb Raider fan and I think that's where it all started.  ^-^

I'll see if I can come up with a male character, but I'd need to script something differently obviously. Maybe someone like Conan the Barbarian might be fun.

Beautiful Freddy.

With regard to the male/female avatar thing, perhaps that most movies and other content usually portray the A.I.(s) as female (with the obvious exception of that little boy in the movie, A.I.).
The very early robotic entity in the movie Metropolis was female, as were those in Ex Machina, The Mechanic, Eva, VIKI and so many more. Perhaps the female voice has a calming reassurance and clarity of purpose that serves to logically guide and appeal to a sense of connection and purpose. (or the fact that some are just HOT!)... O0 ^-^ :2funny:

Young boys are undeveloped as an organism and resemble more closer to a girl look.
