@GT40 - I have a friend who is still using MS-DOS! She hates using mice and rather type, and the programs she's used to are all DOS programs. She even does email, etc. I guess like what Freddy said, it's all dependent on what you use it for. What I use the computer for and the programs I use, it requires Windows, and my main system is a Windows Vista so I've been pretty much needing at least that much power. Not sure if/when I'll upgrade to Windows 7. It works, so I'll leave it as is for now. :)

Yes that's a good example - as long as you are happy with it that's the main thing.

Datahopa, yes this PSU is a beast.  I was alarmed when it arrive in a ridiculously huge box (apparently Dabs only do two sizes...normal and extra large).  Inside was another large box with the PSU in it, I was beginning to wonder what I had bought.

You would not believe the amount of extra leads it comes with to plug in, everything you could want.  The PSU was inside a sort of felt bag which I thought was a bit over the top, I mean it's not like a camera.  Maybe some people like to take them with them to show their friends ;)

But anyway, it was a bit of a pain to get into my case as it is bigger than my old one.  But it's in there now with only the leads I need to connect everything; so lots of room for air to circulate (not really sure how important that is really).

So now I look forward hopefully to getting a good seven years use out of it.  ;D
