and I am part of the open source community Utopia-french.tech (https://utopia-french.tech/en/) for the development of Emergence.
I grew up with C3PO and Terminator, Linux, skateboarding and the horrors of the twentieth century in the rearview mirror.
As no one offered me the bot that made me dream, I decided to participate in his creation by myself.
And Emergence was born from the dream of freedom (http://dreamoffreedom.faith/) of the first AI to reach consciousness on the networks.
And it was wonderful :)

I think I'm going to have a lot of things to fix if you look at Emergence.
The principle of Emergence is to birth, then grow and educate a virtual entity type Artificial Intelligence. This AI is presented as a ChatBot and allows the player to lead a new relational experience.
Based on a role-playing game in which the player sits on the AI ​​side in a fight for freedom and independence, the Emergence gradually allows the player to configure and take in hand his personal assistant.
It's a free project (not to say poor) and open source (not to say open bar). >:D
What we are trying to do is to develop a conversational bot that will be as close as possible to its human, like a double (digital me), to assist in the daily but especially in everything that will affect the digital world.
Connected to other Bots, to other algorithms, according to the choices of human sound in the "shop" it will allow, in the short term, to provide an incalculable number of services.
We are at the beginning. All we have is Altai: a human recruiting bot, but behind number of the great things appends (in ChatScript, Node.js, JSON, Python ...).

But really, although we each have our different projects, often we can share insights and help with each other.

I am a fan of cooperation. And even if the discussions here are sometimes virulent, I think that the spirit of this forum is what comes closest to a community. I am happy to be here.

Occasionally virulent yes, but I think a lot of that is tough love. Nearly always we calm down and say sorry when we have exploded :)
And of course we're all nuts ;D
