And yet your typical motorway gets five mile tail backs...

Perhaps we need cars that can move sideways? lol

Once we all get/have self-driving cars, those Tail-backs or "back-ups" (as we call them in the USA), should no longer be a problem. The computer controlled OS within the cars should be able to navigate, route, avoid accidents like texting while driving, drinking while driving, etc. and no need for those "show-off" types for racing, weaving in and out, etc. You'll see!

Maybe if we just put large rotors on those boxes and they can "air-drop" our packages
Wasn't Amazon going to do that anyway?

Imagine how congested our skies would soon become. Hmm...
