Title: Notifications - Are You Getting Them ?

I have had a report that a member is not receiving notifications of posts and I just need to know if this is an isolated thing, so are they working for others please ?

I mean specifically notifications of new posts to a subscribed topic (notify) and also when receiving a private message (pm).

Few days ago I got a thread notification. june 28th

Few days ago fred gave me a PM back. june 28th too

I got a notification that you replied to this, so I will have to dig deeper then.
