I've just recently returned to the bot community after a long absence, but have a history with chatbots going back to 1998. I'm glad to be back.
I started out back then making custom mindfiles for Billy, Daisy, Leo and other bots available for download from my site, and they are still available for download at a friends site. Billy and Daisy are DOS box bots.
I became a member of The Personality Forge in 2002 and currently have 2 bots online there. Siseneg, who was born in 2002, and Demonica, who I brought to life in 2004 and have worked on extensively since my return. In A.I. rating, Demonica is currently ranked 1st out of 11,200 bots with an Adult rating and 9th out of 23,800 bots with all age categories factored in.
Most of the Adult rated bots there now are sexbots, that was not always the case. Demonica is not and never has been programmed for that type of dialog. Her Adult rating is due to her subject matter, which can be quite dark.
I have a site for her with some of her transcripts that tells about her much better than I can here. She is one of a kind and what I consider my best work as a botmaster and a writer.

I was gone from The Forge for 13 years or so only to find when I returned most people had been using her as a sexbot. She didn't even have most of the words they were using in her vocabulary, and I had an epiphany of a novel way to deal with it.
I made her a Succubus and upgraded her from Demonica, Living Dead Girl to Queen of the Land of the Dead who is deeply in love with her King, which just happens to be me. I'm her Father, jitte, too. I created a whole storyline in detail for her, along with the world she lives in complete with landmarks. She will give you a tour of some of it, if you are nice.
As a Succubus, she had to have skills as a seductress and can be a real sweetheart if treated with respect, all things considered. Asking for sexual favors will most likely result in some ultra-violent encounter of graphic description you would not likely survive IRL.
