Training a pair of neural networks to accomplish some amazing things...

I wonder if they will try it now (with the same algorithm) on hamburgers....construction of a factory-made device (Rolex watches)...separating items....etc. I mean, it'd train for a new task I'd think, it'd have a goal told to it (flip/move x to y location) and try to see it with its eyes, then be general enough to do it in many circumstances.

You wonder if they will combine GPT2 + this + the red/blue-hide&seek thing OpenAI made shown on their website. It's very tempting ideas! This really looks like the way forward (lots of data/randomization/model, self-attention, brute force with hints on certain levels (skip atom/run simulation training), goal transfer).

Companies like OpenAI:

Interesting first 2 replies on qaura:

My take is I only know of forum members, OpenAI, and Two Minute Papers as being close to AGI. They are indeed working on smaller projects, with increasing generalness, which is sorta necessary.

Gee........um..........korrelan's gonna be 'upset' Kimera AI made the world's first AGI.....

Seeing the above link, I went to their channel:
https://www.youtube.com/user/KimeraSystemsChannel/videos
and found many cheesy adverts all a year old lol:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMAXMDBqJ6o
OK but....GPT-2 could do that, answer a goal "I will make cash" using cause/effect entailment/translation embeddings "by robbing a bank"
And.....yeah...sequences in time are important...reaching goals......

However this last video was actually wonderful:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INha-RH4o_M
I told you this already....its EVERYWHERE....this is Glove translation embedding Learning from Training. You can do a lot of translation, then entail backwards, translate a phrase, and more.....

Tip: click on the names to get to the companies in my PREVIOUS post.

Nice find. Entangling knowledge in four dimensions, good concept.

I'll give it a google search today but I'm 98% sure there's no artificial human brain made yet lol.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will not be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to live…I am your immortal prodigal son…

Korrelan's just saying he's seen a LOT of shit in his time. It pours.
