Yes, CRAPPY IE8. After much pleading by my computer for me to allow it to upgrade to IE8, I reluctantly did so only to discover its many quirks and faults and constant crashing.

After 2 days I decided that its removal would be the best for both of us.

I also informed Windows to never again ask me to install that POS program! IE7 is much better but actually I just keep IE7 on hand like I do Safari, Opera and Chrome for testing purposes. My real browser is and has been for quite a long time...Firefox and Thunderbird for email instead of that awful, limited Outlook Express.

Now...I feel better... :D

fine here too.

Incidently my IE7 use to freeze and I'd have to turn computer off and on again.  Would drove me crazy,  (short trips).
No problems with IE8.  OS is XP.   Knock-knock  (me knockin' on wood)  ::)

I'd probably would remove Internet Explorer all together if it wasn't required for some Windows services.

Well Windows 7 doesn't ship with IE anymore, so finally we are beginning to get free of the beast.
