which action do you know that use optimization algorithms like the guy in the video ?
I can think of riding bicycle, and solving the rubik cube.

The optimization algorithm used for finding actions is always the action tweaker. Tweak by tweak. AI's can look at graphs and say hey this area has success etc.

As for rubiks cube - you already have the actions! Just need to know which way to turn when see " ". (linking actions to cue senses - input match sense>link>actions output.).

Therefore, fast/good workers are not necessarily tweaking actions, but finding out which to do.

If you were forced to do this or die, you can bet after a few days you'd be as good as the guy in the video.

commonly the stocker :

cut through the top of the vala with his nails or knife
next he loads the stock to the shelf one by one or two by two cans
if you try separating the nylon at this point the cans spill out.

he cuts a cross at the bottom  takes off the nylon and loads the whole vala to the shelf
