Submarine engines use this technology already . May be nasa  have been inspired ?

 I am really really really interested in neutron mirrors or reflectors. 
 Hell, I never new that beryllium oxide was a neutron reflector. I have been working on foamed metal with custom shaped periodic
bobbles to refection of neutrons.   
 I wonder how good of a reflector it is?????
