That’s just what I thought lock... I found this interesting.

How differently you both interpreted the various periods of change within the same music/ composition.

As lock said, musical interpretation is driven by both nature and nurture.

It's interesting though because,

not just nature
but nurture
but, also, nurture x2 as in liking a sound because it appears in science videos and *knowing/believing what sounds mean like "oh, that's when you're hoping around the farm on a Sunday" which isn't exactly a native OR artificial reward but rather a meaning/knowledge inferred from sounds...

And my point is many of us may like native rewarding sounds like things sounding like girls as one example, and many of us will believe the same meaning about some sounds, but, we differ in the artificial rewarding sounds like if you *want to listen to cowboy or techno music or any other music type like "at home eating blue spoon" could be a very specific type of music.

Just to make sure you understood what I meant~

I won’t go into details but there is a lot of research that also links musical rhythm to our body’s internal rhythms, heart beat, circadian rhythms, etc. as well as the natural frequencies / waves derived from the functioning of our brains, theta waves, etc.

Interesting stuff, no offence but I listened to the music and just got a headache lol…

I think I’m just too old to appreciate it… I never ‘got’ Jazz either.

Is that how you feel about that song?
Yup. If you pay attention to yourself reacting to music you get a free music video well known fact. Also tends to make more sense than real music videos.

My favorite is listening to a good song in a foreign language. Just don't risk looking up the lyrics, lol.

I guess i could have just mentioned a song with vocals. Songs typically sayyyy what's going on. And we ALL understand that. Point made lol.

It still amazes me that some still ask, "What's your favorite type of music?" or "What's your favorite animal?"

Being diverse human beings, we can entertain a huge variety of likes or "favorites".
I like many types of music as I also like a variety of groups or bands or instruments or animals, etc.

But yes, music can and does drive our emotional souls so powerful to create images in our minds or to teleport us to a place in time as if replaying an event or recalling what happened or who we were with when that music was playing. Powerful indeed!
In the world of AI, it's the thought that counts!

No I meant that we ALL have understood the world the (a fair amount) same in terms of knowledge, so we all know what a romance song with vocals saying "and then I had one hope but it left so i hoped along"........we both get it.......but pleasurably we both may not (nature or nurtured Rewards).

Also, we need not have vocals saying what we'll both understand, sounds do it too, we both know what a scientific techno is saying ex. "thrown into the dark with all the test tubes oh I am so powerful". Despite we may not be born to love* that*, nor were nurtured to like it.
