OK, now that you guys are warmed up, let's see you figure out this mystery... What could travel *underground* across the United States at Mach 9, the same speed as that Russian missile? It traveled from Maine to Oregon in 21 minutes. It's not an earthquake wave, and it appears to be a caused by a moving object since the energy pulse doesn't dissipate at all. However, it could also be a very powerful cosmic anomaly cutting through the entire earth, like a plane of energy fanning out from a supernova somewhere.

Something strange traveled through the ground across the country on seismographs!

2,426 miles / 21 minutes = 2,426 miles / 0.35 hours = 6,900 miles per hour  = Mach (6,900/761.25) = Mach 9

Yes Indeed!  That is definitely Super High Speed Object Tracking!!!

Very interesting too...   definitely love hearing from my American counter-parts.  Got to give America automatic capitalization in the word detector, and enjoyed my junior baseball team here over in Australia and enjoyed all my hot dogs!

Complete turn coat but it was definitely more amusing to me than cricket.
