Theres some possibility of a combination explosion to train every possible situation into a net before it can respond to them all.

But... what if they have the solution.    :o

What is korrelan's opinion???

My take is this. Yes, here is the English explanation. > The red/blue seeker/hider bots in OpenAI's randomly move around and get reward. It's not as slow as brute force, nor just randomly moving around. Because they eventually learn - no matter the scene - to go to objects, to bring them together, to go around walls. Then, the Transformered RNN just decides which is likely the best choice. It's actually fairly simple to explain then... It's just an enhanced random brute force.

About the quantum pc link:

Wait a minute, they said it was 200 seconds to run it using that quantum computer but would take 10,000 years on their best supercomputer.

"While our processor takes about 200 seconds to sample one instance of the quantum circuit 1 million times, a state-of-the-art supercomputer would require approximately 10,000 years to perform the equivalent task," the researchers said.

"The researchers estimate that performing the same experiment on a Google Cloud server would take 50 trillion hours—too long to be feasible. On the quantum processor, it took only 30 seconds, they said."

This means, although they say it may be false hype, they DID get the test done.....it is true....

Why would it be a lab case? Was the algorithm they ran the quantum circuit itself? And why is that cheating?

"Dario Gil, head of IBM Research, advises against using quantum supremacy as a metric with which to measure progress in the field. "The experiment and the 'supremacy' term will be misunderstood by nearly all," he told Fortune."

"Gil described the experiment as a highly special case "laboratory experiment" that has "no practical applications." He added, "Quantum computers will never reign 'supreme' over classical computers, but "

they use/may error correction btw

maybe its just using "Glove translation entangling qubit states" to do computations, sacrificing memory?
