This feature i like.......

Understanding the journey of the AI and the Users interactions over time .... Information captured / Inferred ... Which led to independent learning Of ....
the in-depth relationship between AI and User....

Although the rest is purely a commercial product -  Which i must say the Diag-flow Is very good! for integration into Applications as well as .... social media ... etc... today its all about options and cost.... The reality is that nothing can be better than free.... then Expand by buying services as required.

these modern API's are not actually Artificial intelligence At all i'm afraid ... they are actually the beginner bot level.... (Q&A BOTS) (With Intents.... )
