How to reply:

At the bottom of the forum thread, where it says,
"REPLY   NOTIFY  MARK UNREAD   SEND THIS TOPIC  PRINT" 
Try clicking REPLY.  It is like clicking QUOTE but it
is without the quote.

How to start a new topic

At the top of the forum thread, where it says,
"NEW TOPIC  NEW POLL  NOTIFY  MARK READ"
Try clicking NEW TOPIC.  It is like clicking REPLY but it
is shows up on the AiDreams homepage, so make it your best.
