True Story: A few years ago, there were reports that the winner of a very well known international Turing Test contest had a women in the Philippines, write the winning chatbot knowledgebase for a few dollars an hour.   What a loss to the A.I. community... This woman may have been the very first woman to ever win, and we may never know even her name, because she supposedly was a work for hire.

Thanks for that tidbit 8pla.net.  Hopefully the woman that you speak of will come out of the woodwork when she reads about what we are doing in the local papers.  I would love to work with her and to see her realize the rightful fruits of her labors.

Well there are other programming languages for chatbots. Also there are programs to teach you how to use  sdk's for software development. There are some free tutorials out there to teach the programming languages as well. Android has sdk's you can download and use.
