Hello my name is Nick linnemeier and i try and learn what i can about programming and computers but i have a long way to go because nobody teaches me any of it. I joined cause i want to make the ultimate A.I. for me and maybe even for some of you guys. I'm going into high school now and i'm taking what classes i could get on programming to help me and if you guys could help me when i'm stuck that would help a lot. I'm going to building a computer soon so i might be on more often but then school will take some time as well.`I'll help all of you as well so if you need help and i don't know how to help then Ill find out how to help.

Hi Zeplen. Welcome to the site. If you have any programming questions, feel free to ask. I'm sure there'll be someone who can help you out.
About learning how to program: I did both: self study and I had teachers teaching me. In the end, I'm using about 0.5% of what I learned in school, the rest I learned from the net (or books as the net wasn't so big in my early days, except for porn).    A couple of good tutorials usually get you started and lots of practice to get better.
