Hello All,

I'm a web developer and entrepreneur in Toronto. I have little experience with AI, but that must change since I have several projects that will call for it.

Myself, I have no doubt that the future of AI will be everything we are imagining. I see no ceiling.

I just watched the original "The Day The Earth Stood Still" again - what a great movie. The aliens eventually realized they could not control themselves, and so built robots to do just that. As abhorrent as that sounds, I can't fault the logic!

There's a lot of goodies to digest within the confines of this site and also some very open minded individuals. Though we might not collectively work on projects per se, we do share a common thread and that is in the future of AI and all its trappings!

There are no dumb questions...except for the ones you didn't ask!

Kaat, I too am an AI lover. Before you do too much in the AI field you must look at this site: http://www.haptek.com/corporate/ I bought some software from them and for the most part I am not at all sorry.
You would probably have to pay more to use the program for business, but if it would bring in the people it would be worth it in the long run. Welcome.
