PHP is a very capable server side scripting language for Artificial Intelligence.
It can run a chatbot with a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) server off a thumb drive,
or on a spare PC.   It can run a neural network, or a PHP server on an Android
device such as a tablet or a cell phone, which is pretty cool I think.

Note:  Python is excellent too.  So is C/C++.  So is Perl. I'm just focusing on PHP for now.
