But... probably the Ai sucks...

I' ve seen other robots by this guy. He does good work.

I wonder if it would look as good with hair and pigment. I suspect that the uncanny valley effect would come into play then.
edit: I just watched the following video in which the creator of this robot explains why it is grey and hairless.

Interesting observation. Chatting about the Uncanny Valley... Isn't that caused by looking too good?
Otherwise, I have a few suspicions of my own related to hair based on similarities from other humanoid robot designs.
Thanks for the second video. There I see some of his earlier work. I do see this as a breakthrough for him.

Good topic Magnus!
Probably Elizabot like, out of the box. I don't know but that's fine. It is for us to decide. We can choose AIML, ChatScript or maybe our own home grown AI to run on the platform.
The AI engine is separate from the hardware platform of servo motors and wires, etc. Hanson Robotics in their GitHub forked ChatScript, and unconfirmed since I don't have the R&D version of Sophia to try it... It seems the research and development robot body is controlled by open source Python.
I will include a reference for discussion purposes, that some may find interesting that these robot platforms have been available on the market Sophia 2020, R&D Version by Hanson Robotics Limited (https://www.robotshop.com/en/hanson-robotics-sophia-2020-rd-version.html) But, I have no affiliation with any of these companies. So, I don't mind if the moderator erases this link.
