I cringe. Roboticists can't design for $h*t. They all but stuck a metal skull on a tank.
There are autonomous indoor R2D2 security guard robots with an array of sensors on the market, but I see no logic in remote control robocops outside of a warzone, Harlem or Detroit. In my country this would be the direct opposite to its policy on police-public interaction.
