of combat robots, Yan Fortin of the Geeks are Sexy blog sent a link to

story on flamethrower robots. Brett Silcox of the National Space
Society wants us to remind everyone that the 28th Annual International Space
Development Conference is coming up next month, always a good place
to get the latest info on space robotics. Only slightly more
down-to-Earth is the news that quantum theory may
explain wishful thinking, or more precisely, quantum probability
mathematics turns out to explain human decision making. Whether this
fuels the fire for a quantum mechanical influence
on cognition or
supports the idea that something
deterministic underlies quantum
