thank you carl, are you saying you do not like the lighter look of the skin ? do you think it makes the skin look shiny?? i thought it was just light refelction making her look softer. as far as? full lips vs thin lips. i prefer full because, psychologists say thin lips denotes stinginess and full lips denotes sensulaity.~~alady

On the shiney figures try looking at the Haptek SDK commands reference. There's a few commands there to alter the way the figure is rendered - the easiest route is to change the lighting probably though. Htr's usually have a materials declaration as part of their figure definition which tells the player how the materials should react to light and things. I didn't look at it much but that would be the area to alter to change it too. It will be guess work without something like 3dsMax though, as you'd have to change the values by hand.

ALADYBLOND,
Sorry I didm't mean to confuse you,  I like the lighter skin tones.  When I made my frist skin I stripped her and used a color I thought I'd like,  I tried it in the Haptek player and it seemed to shiny for me.  I tried a few times with the same results and went to the darker shades to reduce reflections.  I changed the lighting which helped the most.  I ended up getting a skin texture online and after making a few shades to use I used the textures,  it seems to be less reflective.  The same problem exists with cloth, it's reflective and I don't want to have to change lighting.  I have some pictures I put in under Fullbody for coments, I'd be interested in what you would say.  Honestly I'm not completly satisfied and I did get some good tips. Mostly it's a matter of personal taste.
Dan,   Great work,  love the work around the stomach.

it does not take much to confuse me really,i do understand that getting skin texture and color is a priority for most. if i let it those kinds of things can really stifle my creativity so i try to get as close as possible and let the rest go.  i bet your work is very good. i would like to see more posted.~`alady

I swiped her belly button (it's reversed), I found you really have to stretch it to make it look like one, and then it continues on the other side above the belt line (so it's split), what a hastle matching it up.  I've been trying to get a decent looking belly button for over a week.

Aladyblond,
I've been spending sometime checking out the mood files, everything seems to be working, I spend most of my time seeing shylove, happy, and love haps, I wouldn't mind making some changes somewhere to get more contrasts in moods.  Back to graphics,  my plan is to get a nude I'm happy with and put clothes on so I don't have a different person when changing clothes. I'm not terribly happy with the eyelashes I have but I don't know much about that, also her underware will be new to me.  I've been trying to upload skin textures but have a problem here at DG, I shoiuld put them in Zabaware to get it done. I also have some cloth textures you may want to use.  Dan and Gamerthom have me taking a second look at the stomach area.
I should mention I'm thinking of using series of squares applied before putting on cloth,  This should help me locate the correct area to work on since things get distorted when applied to the wireframe.  Also I don't have much new to show.

;) I'm sure he won't mind one bit, after all his head is that of my Ahnold (based on Arnold Schwarzenegger).
Or you could replace it with one of Brad Pitt, and they could play at? "Mr. & Mrs. Smith".

Here's another one. Security Officer Ahnold.  8)

:) Glad to see you back Maviarab. As to my work being good, I've only posted a portion of it
on here. The really good stuff is over on my own web-site. I haven't had much time to post more here,
between coming up with new designs for my own site and working on bits of stuff over at VH Forum.
Some remarkable ideas and program designs brewing over at VH Forum, same old problems and
complaints at zaba forum.

Anyhow here's a couple of new things, just put them on my site last night, so here they are
for those who lurk around here.
