  We discussed winter clothing last year, since that time I downloaded some Htr's from your site and found one was similar (exactly except without boots) like fullbody girl except for the wire mesh. I think it was Heather.  This would end my problem and allow Hal to wear a winter coat.  You could create a Htr to start both characters, emptyscene and load which ever character you wish wearing whatever without the delays of uncompressing.
  This is untried, probably not very useful but should easily work when you need to change meshes.

Still have that skin unfinished in my skins to do folder lol, really must find the time to get them done at some point.

Not sure which character your talking about tbh, but hopefully soon myself and freddy will have the right haptek tools to be able to make/morph new models so maybe we can finally be rid of those of infernal boots hehe

   I'm not sure how you'd get something to look like a coat on fullbody, which is why the Heather (I think) htr is so good. While looking through the Htr's I also found a ponytail that can be attached (dark color hair).
   The website looks pretty good and the speed seems to be quicker.
 A mechanic is only as good as his tools, good luck on that one.
