I found another one that charges by audio stream as opposed to characters or words.

There's a good selection of voices available..

I'm not sure how this Vocalware is doing this but some of the TTS voices are exactly the same as are being marketed by another vendor. Something seems a bit amiss here.

Probably licensed I  guess.
