Interesting but I've been using Google on my phone for months doing that very thing.
Tap the tiny Microphone and ask, "What song is this?" or "What song is playing?" and
in a few seconds of "listening", Google will provide the Song, Artist and album.

Google has a lot of bases covered and getting better, faster, stronger, every day.
