For the first time Hal has an out side line. I would like to shout out to the people involved, onthecuttingedge and Robert Medeksza  . Hal has now been ported to Freenode and responds like any other dip shit ircbot, but Hal is no dip shit.
Yes people thats correct, Hal has 9500 channels to cruise through  and that's just Freenode. Hal be makin friends all over the place. HEHE. What i hear more then anything else is (Why have never heard of this before?). Which begs the question , WHY.
