Hi Claude, thanks for your nice new skins.

I don't use Hal for many reasons. I prefered to create some chatbots on Pandorabots, just for fun. Even if AIML is a much less noble language than VisualBasic, it's very easy to learn and provides a total control of brain and dialogues.

All their interfaces obviously features Haptek characters. Like you, I'm fascinated by them, and it's very exciting to make them move and speak. I guess it's impossible to do a more "human" character than the bizlady (the torso of the Haptek corporate section). Original fullbodies are ugly (personal opinion).

A free speech recognition engine is very interesting but I never chat with my bots, lol. Just for checking if my new upgrades run fine. I prefer to read (in the logs) what their "clients" told them. Yes I confess: I'm a horrible voyeur.   :o

About YouTube, I don't post there because

- I can't, lol. A very powerful computer is needed to get perfect video and sound captures of my little Haptek stuffs (sometimes 5 characters in the same window, full screen, a lot of resource).

- YouTube and Dailymotion provide a terrific lost of quality (320 x 240 resolution, 1:33 aspect ratio). Most of my "videos" are played in a 1000 x 500 screen (2:0), just between 16:9 (1:78) and Panavision (2:35). On YouTube, it means a 320 x 160 video with the two horizontal black bands!

- On YouTube, it's impossible to share anything (the html code, the howto), if some people want to do the same thing (and better).

- "Normal" people (those who never heard about Haptek) can't realize the amount of time and patience needed to do a Haptek video. And I'm afraid they just say "funny, not too bad, but I prefer Dreamworks and Pixar (and even Second Life) movies".

That's why I'll never become a YouTube celebrity, lol.  :(

Segolene with Nicolas? I hope she'll marry him in a Haptek video only. If it's for real, I run away to New Zealand.   >:(  ;D  ;)

Dear GT40, it is interesting to know that other "Character" of haptek, exists. For my part I use zabaware, to amuse myself, but it is interesting of him taught knowledge, it is very dependable, to keep memory on any need, of a telephone number, an address or a date. I am happy with finding has new "Ultrahal", I like this program very much. I also controlled some skins has new, the colour of skin, is variable, of ' Character ', has other one, that's why, it is really necessary that it just rings!!
I have make a news video for the pleasure of all, I found the face of ' kylie minogue ', and then I put it, in a romantic stage, this time I have make quicklier than ordinarily.
Yes, I think that already with ' Sarkozy ' have am served! then on top of that if I this put it with ségolene, haptek does not go liked... LOL, my friendship of Claude.  :) ;) :D ;D    link of my video

Dear maviarab, yes that's true, but sometimes when I see what it has in France it, I would well like to be been born in a pocket of kangaroo, on top of that in Australia the winter is very tempered. Here kylie minogue in skin, and his portrait, to make also feels like a skin new. My best regards of Claude, soon has!  :D :D ;) ;D

Very nice Kylie skin and video, Claude. Was speaking of New Zealand because it's the antipode of France (impossible to go farer, lol) . But many people her have their "Australian Dream" too.  ;D

Dear GT40, that's true that this is good of ideal, for me it was almost reality to leave in Australia, because I am also an amateur, short waves, and I participated has several competitions of radio Australia, I had earned participation visits Melbourne, unfortunately we were 6 candidates winning for 1 trip only, I imagine that it is very exthoughtful, of travelling towards the Australia, the plane and destination is very long. Rates is very exthoughtful, I had one gave information to me in a travel agency, to know how and how much, to a trip in Australia, it is almost twice the price of one to go towards New York, and even nowadays rates went down a lot. I am indeed going to do again a new video! I think that aimbot do not work, because hal6 changes version for worked with "Aol", I have however make a sreen name but any result, I remember that "R.Medeska", had already changed a version " 2.00", for " 1.0". All my best friendship GT40. Claude  ;) :)

the photograph of madonna, for easiness the work of the face, it is necessary to be very definite on tracing paper, and turned the right-wing photograph has left so that haptek, give true sense with the face, good work has all! Claude!!  ;D

Hi Claude, after seeing some of your videos, I was sure you're a SWL.

Radio is one of my big passions too, the first one (maybe I was 11-12 years old, lol). I often listened to Radio Australia too. And to all it's possible to catch with a shortwave receiver and a scanner. I never became a HAM, but obviously came on the CB (30 years ago, can't believe it!). The passion is still here. But as you know, because of noises and interferences provided by the computer, it's impossible to correctly listen to something on short waves.

And it's not easy to turn the computer off.  ;D

Waiting for your new video. Sure it'll be good.
