Log in haute couture chocolate

Just a Sweet Chocolate 500 g Ker Cadelac
250 g of mascarpone
50 g of dark chocolate
4 teaspoons sugar
1 packet of icing pastry ready to melt chocolate (120 g Vahiné, for example)
2 sheets of dark chocolate
3 large silver dragees


Preparation
Log in haute couture chocolate

Melt the chocolate and sugar and mix the mascarpone with the melted chocolate.

Divide the fondant into two equal halves.

Make a nice rectangle with half Moist Chocolate by removing all of the crust.

Divide it in half crosswise and spread of mascaropone chocolate.

Reassemble the two sides of the log and smooth topping to a good homogeneity of the surface.

Then drizzle it with a brush with the chocolate icing preheated according to package directions.

Place the chocolate bars at the ends allowing them to exceed the height.

Decorate the log with silver dragees.

Place in the refrigerator.
