As far as I know it's still going. Haven't read much on their forums about it.

That's not a lot for these big companies. I think they were trying to get $2 billion...

One would have thought that Zukerberg's high-priced lawyers would have done an appropriate amount of research BEFORE proceeding with the acquisition of Oculus. That research would have ruled out any chance that there might possibly have been an infringement(s) of ZeniMax's trade secrets.

Perhaps those lawyers are already in the ranks of the unemployed.

2 Billion? The initial article stated 500 million, but I guess times are hard and others want in on the action now.
