If you want to drop a YouTube video into your post now, all you will need is the URL at YouTube.

So when you are on their site watching a video - grab the link from the address bar and drop it in your post.

Simple as that.  I've set it up so videos get centred automatically as I think that looks best.

Wayne I'm going to look for a plugin that allows embedded youtube videos.  Keep us from chasing links you know?  I'll post a link to it here when I find one.
