Bummer  :(

My plans have been cut short too - I got a massive gas bill, so no upgrades for me. Grr...

Sorry to hear about the dead PC Maviarab, I’m lost without mine, its not good :(

Freddy: I got my new RAM but have had some trouble getting it to work on my mobo, to cut a long story short, Im having to run it at 800mhz, but its actually working very well at that speed, GTA4 is now running perfectly on 4 GIG at 800mhz all jerks and stutters have gone, so maybe you only need another 2 GIG of the cheaper 800mhz stuff.

Chicken fried PC can be good with the right dipping sauce. The memory chips are the tastiest.

Having a PC go out is the scariest thing for me. I can live without TV, Cable, Telephone, and Radio. My computer and coffee are the two life sustaining supplies for me.

Datahopa, hmm... I might be able to get the cheaper memory then, I think I will probably wait until the prices come down and I can upgrade the lot.  I'm going to start playing Guild Wars again, so that will see me right...  Maybe I can upgrade it a bit at a time...

:D @ Randy.  I know what you mean, I am so dependent on my PC.

Yeah, with 'puters it's not a question of if they fail...it's a question of WHEN!

Like us, it's living on borrowed time.

No longer Dependent on cigs as of one year and 2 months ago +-
(heart surgery will do that for you). ;)

Now if I could just stop...er...curb my eating! ;)
