If you think about it, any human can believe anything because the brain allows it through what evidence you have seen/felt. You could believe the sun is dark, that Mojoxiov is the creator of all farms like god, that milk is made inside aliens, and that flames are tasty. Just stare at a HD tv running a sim and you can believe boxes fall upward (simulation) and be fooled from birth in a VR world. Who are you? Who have you become? A tv can play ANY movie and I can watch what you watched too!

A.I.  is about a little robot that knows where he wants to end up at,   but he doesn't have the tools to get there yet...  hence layers and layers of little tools form in his head for the "deep learning"
